Is your Talavera certified and it has its Denomination of Origin?
- Yes, our Talavera is certified and has its Denomination of Origin for being from the state of Puebla. It is certified by the council of Puebla Loza Poblana.
Can I wash my dishes or any of your products in a dishwasher?
- No, we recommend not doing it. It is best to wash it by hand with warm water and dish soap to avoid deterioration over time.
Can I put my dishes or any of your products in a microwave?
- Yes, you can put your dishes and any product from us in a microwave, but we recommend not doing it for more than 2 minutes so that it does not deteriorate over time.
Do all your plates have their hang hole on the back to use my pieces as decoration?
- Yes, all of our plates have their hang hole as a traditional talavera piece.
Do you include wrapping on your gifts?
- We do not offer wrapping on our gifts at the moment.
Where are your Talavera products made?
- All of our Talavera products are made by our artisan partners in the state of Puebla, Mexico.
Are your products made and painted by hand?
- Yes, all of our products are made and painted by hand by mexican artisans.
Do all of your products contain lead or any metals?
- No, our products do not contain lead or any metals.
Do all of your products have their artisan signature on the back ?
- Yes, all of our products have their signature on the back.
Where do you ship ?
- For now we only ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states
Which shipping company you use to send the orders?
- UPS Ground is our default shipping method, which takes between 5-7 business days. You can upgrade to UPS Express (2-3 days) shipping at Checkout. We do not offer overnight shipping at this time. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing.
Do you offer free shipping?
- We offer free UPS Ground shipping in the contiguous U.S. for all orders over $150. For orders under $150, we offer UPS Ground shipping for $10 flat rate.
Can I track my order?
- Yes, we will send you an email where you can track your order or you can also access www.ups.com to track your order with the tracking number that we will send you to your email.
What happens if my package arrives damaged or broken?
- If your package arrives damaged or broken, do not worry. Just send us a photo of the product damaged to our email hello@artisanalmx.com and you will have two options: We can make a refund to your bank account or we can send you a free replacement immediately. Please expect from 2 to 3 days for the refund to appear on your account. If the products arrived broken or damaged it is not necessary for you to make any returns to our place.
Do you accept returns if the items are not what I expected or it was not what I order?
- Yes, we accept returns but only within 20 days once the order has arrived. Email us at hello@artisanalmx.com and we will gladly send you a return shipping label for free and the instructions on where you can ship the products. Once we receive the items we will check if the products are in good conditions and if they are we will refund the money to your bank account. Please expect from 2 to 3 days for the refund to appear on your account.
