What happens if my package arrives damaged or broken?

  •  If your package arrives damaged or broken, do not worry. Just send us a photo of the product damaged to our email hello@artisanalmx.com and you will have two options: We can make a refund to your bank account or we can send you a free replacement immediately. Please expect from 2 to 3 days for the refund to appear on your account. If the products arrived broken or damaged it is not necessary for you to make any returns to our place. 

Do you accept returns if the items are not what I expected or it was not what I order?

  •  Yes, we accept returns but only within 20 days once the order has arrived. Email us at hello@artisanalmx.com and we will gladly send you a return shipping label for free and the instructions on where you can ship the products. Once we receive the items we will check if the products are in good conditions and if they are we will refund the money to your bank account. Please expect from 2 to 3 days for the refund to appear on your account.
